Chain feeding system for breeder

1.Supporting type chain feed line runs at a speed of 36m/min which ensures promptly, uniformly and reliablly delivery of feed into the whole bird house.  Delivery Capacity:0.7-1.5 kg/m

2.Every house has a big hopper and a small one. An additional small hopper can also be as option in the feed line according to customerdemands. Hoppers are made of hot galvanized sheet.

3.A special pannel is designed for the mainfeed box in order to avoid feed overflow.

4.Feed trough is made of hot galvanized sheetwearable and antirust while grill is made of cold gavanized steel wire. The distance between grills is 44mm and also can be made out of the
request of customers. Material of support is nylon which is also wearable and antirust.
5.The quality of corner is nice and neednt maintainance. It is the best option.

6.Firm base and special manufactured chain wheel guarantee stable operation of system. There is also a safty pin in the equipment.
